bookings & cancellation policy
We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients. Please carefully read and understand our cancellation policy outlined below:
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for bookings once payment has been made. The retainer (deposit) paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable, as it secures your event date and covers initial planning and scheduling. Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Showtime Photobooths, in line with your booking agreement.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Showtime Photobooths.
If a cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the event date, the retainer will be forfeited.
If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the event date, the full amount paid for the booking will be forfeited. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal circumstances or changes to event plans.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their booking; however, this must be done at least 30 days prior to the original event date. All requests are subject to availability. If approved, a new booking confirmation will be issued.
Please note:

A maximum of two date or time changes are permitted within a 12-month period from the first change

Additional changes beyond this may result in forfeiture of the full amount paid, with no refund or credit issued

Requests made within 30 days of the event may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated
Late Changes & Fees
Showtime Photobooths reserves the right to apply additional fees at its discretion for any changes requested within 30 days of the event or for multiple changes within a 12-month period. These measures ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients.
Exceptions
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
Confirmation
Upon any approved changes or rescheduling, you will receive confirmation of your updated booking details. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
